Open the Settings app, then tap your name.
If you're already subscribed to iCloud+ and want to upgrade your plan, tap Subscriptions, then tap iCloud+ under Active. Tap See All Plans.
If you're not already subscribed to iCloud+ and want to buy a plan, tap iCloud, scroll down, then tap Upgrade to iCloud+.
Then choose a plan and follow the onscreen instructions.

Choose Apple menu > System Settings.

Open iCloud for Windows.
Click Manage.
If you already subscribe to iCloud+, click Change Storage Plan.
Choose a plan, then click Next.
Enter the password that you use for your Apple Account, then click Buy.
